Colorful potatoes.

Honestly, who wants to eat every day the same old white potatoes?

Colorful food is not only appealing to the eye, the color also indicates beneficial nutrients.
The red and yellow colors come from carotenoids, while the purple and blue colors come from anthocyanins. Thanks to their antioxidant effect, these are even said to be able to prevent and fight colon cancer. Click here for more information.
